UBS graduate training program question

hello i was wondering if anyone knew how you could get placed into the ubs graduate training program straight out of a paid internship (or if that is even possible). I was also wondering if I'm doing asset management if I could be placed in a different division straight out of my internship (a.k.a getting a formal offer to be placed in the graduate training program based on my performance this summer instead of a formal job offer.
