Undergraduate cases different from MBA cases?
Hi Monkeys,
So I have been practicing cases using the MBA case books. Are the cases given to undergrads any different (for all rounds) - say, in terms of difficulty (specifically for MBB)?
Thanks!

Undergrad cases are less complex, with less of a focus on your actual knowledge of business, and more of a focus on how you think through problems.
Not true at firm. Same cases, different expectations for performance.
Thanks for the responses!
@phdconsulting: Could you give an example of how the expectations differ? Are the evaluation criteria the same, just with lower standards - or do they look for different things? Also, among MBB, which ones have the same cases?
Anyone else? Thanks!
Fundamentally, both pools of candidates will be doing the same types of work (maybe post MBA with a bit more client facing work than pre MBA) so the evaluation criteria will be the same.
Pre MBA candidates are allowed to be less knowledgeable of business terminology and can be less polished than post MBA candidates so long as they demonstrate high potential.

In your experience, what are the differences between case studies among undergrad/non-MBA interviews vs MBA interviews?
