Boss did not pay earned bonus based on achieved sales goals, goals provided to me in offer letter, Bonus not paid due to company not"having money in the bonus pool". A month before I was terminated boss sent out a not to all employees that they have never paid bonuses and have always "reinvested in the company". Company had grown substantially in 3 years while i was there, much to my sales efforts.
