Valuing a Company in an Interview
Hey Everybody, I've been recently interviewing for investment banking jobs but am coming from a liberal arts background so I don't have much prior finance knowledge. If asked a question like "what is your favorite website and evaluate what it is worth", what is a good reply and what are interviewers generally looking for as a proper response when asking a candidate to value a company in an interview?
Look up valuation methods for tech companies. Depending on how long your favorite website has been around, it may not be profitable. Mention metrics like EV/page views for example
