Vector Capital

Anyone know anything about Vector Capital in SF? Doesn’t seem to be much on this site about them but I saw where all 4 of their funds were top quartile. Any reason why the fund size has stayed relatively small despite the great returns? Would also appreciate updated views on culture.

Why get bigger? These guys absolutely crush it, it's not a strategy many (if any) are good at, and they are already rolling in it. They have a nearly perfect niche. You get bigger, you might not be able to continue to execute same level.

Buddy is there - hours a bit over average from what I can tell but not crazy. They look exclusively at tech special sits so great place if you want to make a career in investing, not great for clipping coupons. All of their funds have been top quartile which means carry is worth a shit ton

Terrible culture and very bad WLB lol

Are there any additional views for culture, or any specific reasons why the culture isn't great?
