Wealth Management Freshman Year Internship coming from Target School

Hey everyone,

I had an Internship at UBS this summer as a rising sophomore. My ultimate goal is to break into i-banking, and I am looking into sophomore internship programs offered by BBs, which I know are highly competitive.

In my case, I conducted a lot of research in fixed income instruments and created an excel spreadsheet that organized bonds based on spreads, yields, sectors, etc. I did 0 cold-calling.

As I apply for these sophomore programs (diversity ones, too), how should I expect my internship be perceived? Should I list it as paid? Currently, I have the internship written as follows on my resume:

Importantly, will it affect my chances at breaking into IB, for better or for worse?
