Basically they take the same classes except that the average scores in the MBA sections are way lower since Wharton doesn't disclose MBA grades/No reason to care about grades as an MBA.

We use the same textbooks as the undergrad freshmen/sophomores, and the concepts are near same difficulty. I actually think the undergrads are smarter than us, hahahah. The MBAs have higher quality concentration of successful finance individuals, but in the entrepreneurship program I've been more impressed by the quality level of undergrads.
