That question only makes sense in context I think. What position are you applying for with this CV? Asset management, consulting, M&A, etc? What else is on your CV that says "finance" and or "leadership"? Major, minor, other extracurriculars. Also VP and lower director make it hard to judge upon the intensity and responsibility of either position.

Just to add some color to the CV and without any further info I'd go with the sports club for now.

What is the "lower director" position exactly? If the title sounds legit, then I'd go for the finance club. Always helps to show that you're actually doing finance stuff in school. It helps convince the interviewer that you actually like, and are committed to, finance.

That said, it's impossible to answer this question without knowing what else is on your resume. Do you already have lots of other finance stuff? If so, maybe the sports club would add some variety. It also depends on which group you did more substantial work in. Which would you feel more comfortable talking about in an interview? That's the ultimate test.

sports club... you come across more well rounded and less finance robot... just my 2 cents... also gives you something more to talk about on an interview, and peaks interest of interviewer
Generally agree with this unless you don't have a lot of "finance" on the resume. Although if you only have room for one extra then this probably isn't the case.

Put the other one in an interests / activities line if you can
