What are your options?
If you don't want to work there, don't accept the offer.
There are many people who would be happy to have the choice.

Don't know about DCM -- although I personally wouldn't join a desk over a banking offer -- but I can tell you about JPM: it's a top-shop that delivers first class service in a first class way and where fun, morale, and a sense of self-worth go to die.
