Already an intern in a M&A boutique in Paris, I wanna apply for SA positions in London/NYC (not much hope for NYC though)

Even if I started like few weeks ago this internship should I mention it on my resume ?
if Yes, what could I really put then ? I am really involved in deal teams as its a boutique...but concretely, I donno what you tipically put- Any possible drawbacks of mentionning it ?
What you bankers would think of an applicant already in a boutique as an intern ?
