What qualifications do I need to make it into an FLDP/Finance Rotational Program at a F500?

I would imagine competition for FLDP/FRP positions at F500s are less competitive than FO at a BBs. What type of GPA, internships, networking, work experience would be necessary (or ideal) to get an offer from one of these rotational programs? How important is "target" status?
For the record, I will be a rising freshman at a semi-target undergrad b-school.

I'm very interested in this as well. Coming from a non-target undergrad to semi or regular target M.Acc program.

"Target" for that company is
"Target" for that company is somewhat important, simply because getting jobs through OCR are easier than not through OCR. That said, the schools most F500's target aren't the same as the "targets" we talk about on here because that usually refers to schools that BB's target.
Most F500s target list goes something like this semi-targets>well known state school>state school near their HQ. For instance, just going through the list of some of the schools people from my FLDP have gone too I see schools like Cornell/WUSTL/Northwestern/Georgetown/George Washington/Michigan/UVA/Florida/Penn State/Indiana/a few others and then a list of small schools near large company offices.
So, it's not nearly as important as it is for banking recruiting (though, it's becoming less important across the board). My company specifically focuses a lot on leadership activities and prior internship experience. They especially like people with a clear interest in the specific industry. We also do a some technical questions, but overall those are less important than your overall package of gpa, demonstrated experience, and leadership activity.

To echo what AllDay said, my company has multiple business' across the country and their target schools for the FLDP reflect this. We are heavy in the northeast, west coast and south. Boston College, Bentley, Texas, SMU, USC, UCLA, etc. are our "target" schools. We have had graduates from Harvard and Duke, but it's rare. I didn't attend any of these schools, I came from a midwest semi/non-target (depends on how you view it).
My company also emphasized leadership activities while in undergrad during the interview. While GPA is important, they are investing a lot of money in you to become a future leader and they believe they can teach you company specific knowledge. Feel free to PM me about my interview process. I interview for multiple FLDP/FRLP/FMP programs.
