What should I do to increase my chances at Big 4 Transaction Services?

This Fall I've interned full time for a large accounting firm (Big 5-8) and I found it really dull.. It was 12 hours a day of rec'ing this and that, and rec'ing version 2 of this and that, etc. I still have an year leftbefore I start applying for full time positions and I see that Big 4's hires students for their Transaction Services group. I did some research and it seems to be a step above Auditing and probably much more interesting.

So my question is, as an accounting major, do I have a chance of getting an interview for this group? Or do they only target finance majors? Will taking finance courses increase my chances?

Thanks

You have a chance, but they only take FT hires from their internship program. So if you are a rising senior, sorry, but you'll have to go audit-->TS (and this is not an easy jump) . If you a rising junior, start contacting members of the TS group and show them your interest. get them on the phone and try to land that summer internship. And don't talk to audit people about TS. 95% of them have no clue.
