I'm in S&T (junior sales trader), you need to have strong communication skills. I work with 80 or so people; the ability to effectively and concisely communicate and command the room is one of the biggest keys. Reaction is another, my boss commonly says to me "if you think your dead" so the ability to read and react on your feet is central to success. That aside, this is finance you have to be able to work with numbers not to the extent a banker perhaps does but still functionality with numbers is a big part of the job.

I've read through it a little and really never received anything too technical. A brain teaser here and there and some basic probability questions, but nothing too tough to be honest.
