What would your schedule look like in UG?

Hey all,

Was thinking a good discussion for the people still in undergrad would be to outline exactly what you (in retrospect) would do in your 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. I feel like a lot are unsure on what exactly to spend their days doing. What is the correct balance between networking, studying modeling, interviews etc., and school + social work/fun.

Best Response

Priorities Freshman Year: 1. GPA >3.7 2. Join IB club/society 3. Join a frat

Priorities Sophomore Year: 1. Keep GPA high 2. Network a little towards boutiques which offer summer internships for 2nd year students 3. Start thinking about a list of alumni/banks you would want to intern at junior year summer 4. Participate in Case Competitions 5. Climb the ladder in the IB club/society

Priorities Junior Year: 1. Use your experience to apply to BB internships 2. If it doesn't work, use superdays and alumni wisely 3. Get that internship

Priorities Senior Year: 1. Accept that offer and make sure you maintain your grades so that it'll help you possibly in the future

On top of all this, make sure to have fun! If your socially awkward, no ones gonna give you a job offer
