When do second year analysts typically leave their firm?
Looking to network with analysts at a few EBs. Wary of reaching out now because they're swamped with recruiting, but do not want to wait too long and miss my chance when they finish their two year stint.
They usually leave the day their bonus hits. So around the end of July.
