Which GPA should I put on my resume?
I am going to be applying to SA IBD positions soon, mainly in the NYC offices. My semester grades came out and my gpa dropped form a 3.59 to a 3.52.
Can I just leave my old GPA on there when I apply and just say I forgot to update my resume if they bring it up? Or is there really not that much of a big difference between the two gpa's to take the risk?
There really isn't enough of a difference for it to matter so you might as well change it.
you should use a 4.0
If I were you, I would just round the 3.52 up to a 3.55.
I wouldnt do that You would like a fool... The round up would be the other way
I would personally just round it up to a 4.0. That will help you get interviews
i would just leave it off bc either way that is just embarassing
You should round it one decimal place and use the updated GPA. GPA: 3.5 / 4.0
Using your old GPA is just completely misleading, I mean if it's in your conscience to "not change" your gpa, go ahead...
