Which one: UBS or BCG?

Hi guys, need some opinions over here. I am a fresh graduate, have recently received two full-time job offers from BCG and UBS, both in Kuala Lumpur. UBS offers me an IB analyst role, while BCG offers me their analyst role. I am trying to gauge general opinion from you guys on the reasons why choosing UBS or BCG could be a better move, and not just pure remuneration comparison. Appreciate much.

You're comparing two completely different jobs. Filter out all the prestige/compensation/exit opportunities noise and decide whether the work/lifestyle of management consulting or investment banking is a better fit for you personally. BCG carries a better brand name in my opinion if you plan on pursuing B-school/work in industry, but there are far more important factors to consider.

BCG even if you want to do banking / finance longer term. It's a much harder gig to land, better network / experience, etc. You'll have a shot at investing gigs after BCG through their alumni network. And if that doesn't pan out, you can always come back to banking later at a better place. Having done both myself, I think this is a no brainier.
