Who Are the Most Crappy Bouqitue I-Banks?

So what are the shittiest boutique investment banks out there? I'm talking about boutiques where management is completely stupid, full of themselves or have no drive (i.e. fucking losers). From my knowledge out on the West Coast it'd be either Rutberg and Company & East Coast maybe Petsky Prunier...

At Petsky seems like there aren't any "real" bankers and Rutberg is fucking disaster for both clients and employees.

It can't be that bad, I mean it's a po'dunk boutique, can't possible have the horrible hours like the bulge bracket. Might be gay as fuck but at least you would have something to do with the lower hours, now if they did have bad hours I would tell them to suck my cock sideways.

Alright my contribution to the thread is "Houlihan Smith". They are confused with HLHZ and it appears they actually piggyback on the brand name!

Had no idea who they were until I was asked to sift thru analyst resumes last year - and well you know how every character under the sun applies to IB jobs? It seems every analyst from this place sent over their resume and they had only been there 6-9 months. We tossed them.
