WSO - Help me get an offer

I've been tasked to research a certain company "deeply" that basically rides on getting a FT offer. I've gathered basic fundamental information, some SWOT analysis, I'm looking for any other information that I should have, as well as where I can find some good technical indicator breakdowns in regards to its trading levels. I don't know much about technical analysis but would like the information that maybe explains it better?

Basically I'm just looking for good resources. I've already looked at S&P reports through my school as well as a few other reports. I don't want to pay for anything obviously. The report is due in 2 days.

Appreciate any help.

If this is for a fundamental research role then forget about technical analysis.

Read through the most recent 10-k to understand what businesses the company operates in. Read the last few quarterly earnings releases and conference call transcripts tyo get up to speed on what the company has done recently and look for any guidance or insight into what they're doing over the next year. Look on the investor relations section of the website for recent presentations, particulary for any kind of analyst day presentation or strategy update. Those go into a lot of depth and are good resources.

You need to have some kind of opinion on the sector the company operates in as a whole, and how that company measures up against its peers. Is it currently fairly valued, undervalued or overvalued, and why? What do you think could happen over the next year to increase/decrease the value of the company, and why? At the end of the day research isnt so much about having the right answer, its about having a well thought out opinion that you can back up with good information.

If it's financials, I would look at book value/NAV. Look at leverage relative to everyone else. Look at how much of that is recourse debt, especially short term. Is the company ramping up leverage to possibly offset weak earnings/ROEs?
