Information I received
I want to share something with you.
I am not sure if it if the standard procedure at every office, but what I experienced during the 1st round was a bit surprising.
I have been through some interviews with international corps, but McKinsey was a bit different...
I have arrived 15 minutes earlier to the interview. I already knew about the interviewers, because I have received their name in an email.
So I was asked to wait for my first interviewer about 15 mins, but until that I was given a documentation, containing all my interviewers work experience, resume without the disclosure of Client names. For me that was highly unusal and a pleasant surprise. It contained a one page explanation how to solve a case :) it looked so simple on that one page :)
Watch out for the way you take notes
After my first interview all of my notes have been collected. My hypothesis :) is that that they evaluate, how clear my "presentation" was on paper, because this is crutial with real Clients.
Can anyone disprove my initial hypothesis?
