Trading in Canada

I have a BA in Economics, and have completed the Canadian Securities Course, my passion is trading. I currently am managing my own $100k portfolio, gaining as much trade exposure as I can. I am activley on the hunt for a job in the trading or analysis sector, but with the current economy this has become quite the challenge for the "new guy". I have created this group in efforts to pass on tips for trading or job hunting for trading. The pros/Cons of the industry and hopefully some job awareness/postings.
