Our client is looking for a full-time financial analyst to work with its Finance Team. Candidate must be self-motivated, with strong problem solving and research ability. Must be able to work well with our team and have a positive attitude. Diverse responsibility set will provide exposure to all aspects of the operations of a publicly-traded energy company.
Position Qualifications:
Previous oil and gas experience with top investment bank (NO EXCEPTIONS!!)
College degree with minimum of 3.5 GPA as well as strong test scores
Pre-MBA
Financial modeling experience and strong Excel skills
One year of full time experience in upper echelon Investment Bank
Previous transaction or structuring experience
Meticulous organization
Strong multitasking skills
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism
Strong work ethic
Responsibilities Include:
Financial modeling and economic analysis
Competitor research and data sourcing
Budgeting and financial planning
M&A analysis and support, including due diligence
Performance reporting for the company and partner operations
Creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations
Capital raising support and analysis
Asset divestures
Support for all financial requirements of SEC filings
Risk analysis and management
Hedging support and execution
Other support functions as required
