Our client is looking for a full-time financial analyst to work with its Finance Team. Candidate must be self-motivated, with strong problem solving and research ability. Must be able to work well with our team and have a positive attitude. Diverse responsibility set will provide exposure to all aspects of the operations of a publicly-traded energy company.

Position Qualifications:
 Previous oil and gas experience with top investment bank (NO EXCEPTIONS!!)
 College degree with minimum of 3.5 GPA as well as strong test scores
 Pre-MBA
 Financial modeling experience and strong Excel skills
 One year of full time experience in upper echelon Investment Bank
 Previous transaction or structuring experience
 Meticulous organization
 Strong multitasking skills
 Demonstrates a high level of professionalism
 Strong work ethic

Responsibilities Include:
 Financial modeling and economic analysis
 Competitor research and data sourcing
 Budgeting and financial planning
 M&A analysis and support, including due diligence
 Performance reporting for the company and partner operations
 Creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations
 Capital raising support and analysis
 Asset divestures
 Support for all financial requirements of SEC filings
 Risk analysis and management
 Hedging support and execution
 Other support functions as required
