Position: Analyst / Associate

Location: Chicago, IL

General Purpose: Seeking full time investment banking analyst and/or associate to support existing transactions and new business development. Firm focuses on middle-market M&A transactions and capital raising assignments.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
 Performing financial modeling and analysis
 Preparing various presentations
 Conducting company and industry analysis
 Drafting of confidential memoranda

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
 Familiarity with valuation methodologies
 Strong financial modeling skills, specifically Excel
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 Detail oriented
 Strong acumen
 Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Education and/or Training:
 4-year degree required, with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferable.
 Associate: Minimum 3 years experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A.
 Analyst: Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A required (either full-time or via college internship).
