Private Equity – Associate Level Position
Firm Overview
We are an investment management (private equity) firm formed in early 2010 to make long-term (primarily control) investments in the private market. Our senior investment team has a long and successful track record as true private equity investors, and our firm has been built upon critical differentiating advantages proven out over an extensive period, across numerous successful investments and through many economic cycles. Our sole objective is to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors through a disciplined and deliberate investment approach and a focus on building long-term great businesses through engaged partnerships with executives in industry segments (primarily services) where we possess deep knowledge and extensive relationships.
Critically, we are not transaction/deal focused and do not separate transaction/deal professionals from operating professionals or those involved with companies post-investment. As a result, we seek only those who have both:
• Experience and interest in true fundamental investing
• Deep passion and experience/exposure to building management of operating companies
We provide value to our investments by leveraging our combined strengths of deep industry expertise and proprietary network of relationships and resources generally and particularly in the following core areas:
• Consumer products and services
• Restaurants and foodservice
• Franchise-modeled businesses
• Direct marketing and multi-channel retailing
• Healthcare services
• Niche logistics and distribution services
• Media and information services
