Our client is a Boston-based financial training organization specializing in financial and valuation modeling for investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance professionals. They work with these companies to develop and enhance the financial skill sets of the junior investment professionals. They are looking to add an Instructor to their firm who will help drive the company to the next level of success.

This position is a direct report to the CEO and will be responsible for conducting training sessions for investment banking analysts, college students and business school students throughout the country. There will be a great deal of domestic & international travel each year. This individual will also have the opportunity to be involved in developing and refining program content and firm marketing as the firm grows. This position requires a dynamic, "can-do" professional whose primary mission is training other people on how to be a star analyst.

Responsibilities will include:
 Lead live corporate and university training seminars, boot camps, and webcasts
 Training engagements range from one day to two week programs
 Travel to major cities in the United States, Canada and Europe
 Work closely with management to develop and implement course content for corporate and university training programs
Candidates must posses the following characteristics:
 Minimum of two years of investment banking experience as either an Analyst or Associate preferably with a middle market firm, also considering bulge brackets and well-known boutiques
 Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Passion for finance; Interest in teaching and mentorship
 Academic background in finance/accounting from top undergraduate school
 Currently living or willing to relocate to Boston
 Willingness to travel
 Exceptional inter-personal and team skills
 Ambitious, resourceful, organized, and self-directed individual
Compensation will include a competitive salary and substantial performance bonus
