Qualifications:

MBA from a reputable academic institution

4-6 years of investment banking experience in a full-service investment bank with strong M&A skills, will also consider consulting and corporate finance backgrounds.

2+ years of transactional experience focused in Energy, Power&Utilities or Natural Resources
