We are a commercial real estate management firm with a large national portfolio seekign a Capital Development Associate for our oil&gas division that actively acquires minerals interests throughout the US.

We are seeking a bright, dynamic, enthusiastic individual who will be instrumental in assisting us in raising capital. This person will work directly with senior management to raise capital for future partnerships. They will be essential in establishing key relationships with private equity investors that want to invest in commercial real estate and oil & gas.

This individual must have demonstrated the ability to raise private equity capital. This individual should be passionate about our products and be able to sell our investment opportunities to investors.

Candidate must have a proven track record sourcing and underwriting equity/debt for large complex investments required. Candidate must be driven to succeed and possess strong selling skills. Candidate must have proven track record of closing deals.

Position requires a business degree and experience in raising private equity. Experience with investment banking or working for a private equity firm strongly desired.
