IB Associate, Director or VP

Our client, a boutique, middle market Investment Bank in South Florida is seeking IB professionals ranging from Analyst (pre-MBA) level to VP (post MBA) level to add to their team. Top schools and solid transaction experience a must.

Depending on experience, responsibilities will include due diligence, deal structure analysis, asset valuation, various modeling (ie. LBO, DCF, M&A, etc...), sourcing, pitch book preparation and management presentations.

Bulge bracket or middle market IB firm experience will be considered. ONLY THOSE TRULY DEDICATED TO RELOCATING TO SOUTH FLORIDA NEED APPLY.
