My shop (sector focused MM) needs is scrambling to bring on 1-2 more (ideally) experienced IB analysts (although undergrads w/ the usual sought after cred's will be considered as well, you guys know the drill) before summer.
Comp is street level and bonuses have been 100% to 110% of base in previous years. Good deal flow, cool people.
