Entry level position for a recent graduate. Over time, you will gain a high level of competence and have the opportunity to play an integral part on your respective deal teams. You will assume a broad range of responsibilities including:
Developing company valuations and financial models
Developing transaction marketing materials including selling memoranda, roadshow presentations and pitch books
Conducting industry and company research and analysis
Acting as a point of contact throughout the transaction process
Attending client meetings
Developing varied industry and transaction expertise, and staying current on industry developments
Developing an understanding of the underlying trends that affect the equity capital markets
Gaining an understanding of the interests and investment criteria of a number of middle-market private equity firms

To be considered, Candidates will posses the following qualifications:
A strong work ethic, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
The ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings
A bachelor's degree from a Top 25 Business School with a minimum 3.5 GPA
A working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs
A willingness to make a two-year commitment to the program
