Leading M&A Boutique seeks and Investment Banking Associate or VP with relevant Investment Banking experience.

• Execute all facets of M&A transactions, including:

-Point contact for client and counterparties through execution phase of transactions

-Negotiation of merger agreements, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements

-Extensive valuation employing a variety of techniques, including DCF, LBO, comparable trading precedent transaction analysis

-Writing of offering memoranda and related documents

-Lead detailed diligence for buy-side clients, manage diligence workflow for sell-side clients

-Lead preparation of pitch materials, actively participate in business development activity
