Investment Banking Advisory firm seeks experienced associate for a 3-month consulting position. Applicants must have 3 to 5 years of Investment Banking experience preferably at a Bulge Bracket or Middle Market firm focused on Mergers & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities will include:

-Financial modeling (building of operating models, lbo models and merger models)
-Valuation (DCF, comps, etc.)
-Industry research
-Assisting in aspects of deal execution (assisting clients with diligence requests, data room management, management presentation prep and logistics, etc.)
-Assist in drafting and preparation of marketing materials
-Assist in preparation of pitch materials

Background Required
- 3 to 5 years of Investment Banking advisory experience
-Technology and services banking is preferable, but not required
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Experience putting together pitch materials and drafting marketing materials
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Applicant should be currently in transition between full-time positions. There will be no expectations of a full-time position.
