REQUIREMENTS:

Although experience in trading is not necessary, the ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of financial markets in general, and trading in particular, and should possess the focus and determination to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Familiarity with proprietary trading strategies, high frequency trading, and specific financial instruments is beneficial.

Eligible candidates will have strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and must be able to demonstrate intelligence, competitiveness, and focus. As traders will be expected to analyze, model, and develop trading strategies, applicants should have a strong knowledge of Excel, with an emphasis on research, back-testing, optimization and execution.
