My firm has an immediate need for analysts. We are a boutique life sciences/healthcare consulting firm that is focused solely on serving the pharma, biotech, and related life science industries. I am in a hiring position.

Firm details:
* We do commercial-focused (e.g., brand management, business development, managed markets) strategy work
* We are a young--but rapidly growing--organization
* We are extremely busy--hence the immediate need for analysts
* We are located in NYC

We are looking for:
* Consultants with 0-2 years of experience in healthcare/life sciences-focused strategy consulting (previous managed markets or brand management experience a big plus)
* More importantly (for the analyst role) are bright and analytical people who have a vested interest in healthcare/life sciences (e.g., people who can answer the question: 'what are 3 key healthcare trends affecting biopharma companies today', people who have demonstrated this through academic studies or work experience)
* We are also looking for those with more experience (e.g., consultant through manager)
* People who are looking for the unique opportunity to build a firm from the ground up
* People who are able to start fulltime in NYC immediately or within a short timeframe
