We are working with a well-established private equity firm looking to hire a 2nd to 3rd year investment bank Analyst in their mid market mezzanine debt group here in New York City.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 full years of investment banking experience. This person will have strong financial modeling skills, is very business savvy, and has relevant transaction experience. The group is small and a lean deal team structure will give the candidate the ability to present in front of clients.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of investment banking experience
* Strong financial modeling (i.e. cash flow and debt modeling)
* Transaction experience and worked on closed deals
* Can interact with senior-level management
* G.P.A of 3.5 and above
