The Position
Associates are a critical member of the team; this individual will have responsibilities that include:

- Researching and evaluating potential investment opportunities
- Performing detailed financial and industry due diligence on targeted companies
- Preparing financial analyses and investment memos
- Ongoing portfolio company monitoring
- Some proprietary lead generation / sourcing - both intermediary and direct

The Person
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and personal attributes:

- Top-notch academic credentials
- 2-3 years of investment banking, consulting or similar experience and strong financial modeling skills
- Proven research and analytical skills
- Dedicated, efficient, hardworking with outstanding attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Strong presence, maturity, communication and interpersonal skills
