Private Equity Institutional Sales Manager

We are seeking a Private Equity Institutional Sales Manager for a top New York City investment bank, working with the Business Development Team and Research Managers, this role will focus on driving development of new sales accounts and upgrades as well as targeting establishing relationships with new Private Equity firms.
Private Equity Institutional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Identify new client opportunities
Oversee sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new opportunities and follow-ups including referrals and lead generation
Coordinate client meetings and pitch/present investment opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms with clients
Assist in identifying and solving any process inefficiencies and strategic decisions with sales team
Foster relationships within the internal organizational structure
Communicate directly with clients across industries
Private Equity Institutional Sales Manager Requirements:
4+ years experience in the Finance Industry with a focus on client services, business development and sales
Bachelors degree with a focus in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
Strong networking and presentation skills
Strong ability to generate leads and foster relationships
Must have confidence with a history of success in sales and negotiation
Advanced understanding of financial markets and investment products
Advanced understanding of the Private Equity investment and sales process
Strong attention to details with ability to manage time and to prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills
Language skills preferred
Strong network of relationships in the Finance Industry with Private Equity Firms preferred

This Private Equity Institutional Sales Manager role is a full time, permanent position that is expected to pay an annualized salary of $120,000 (~$57/per hour). Some travel required when meeting with clients.
