Middle-Market private equity fund in New York focused on media, telecom, business services and healthcare businesses is seeking a pre-MBA Associate to start in the Summer of 2008. Responsibilities:
* Research and evaluate industry trends
* Build detailed operating and LBO models
* Involved in all aspects of the investment process and due diligence
