We are looking for a young, ambitious part-time worker to help with the daily operations of our mentor network. We need someone who will be willing to work with our clients with mentor pairing and scheduling, as well as liaising with our 150+ mentors. Responsibilities will also include managing strategic relationships and recruiting new mentors into the network. The company primarily works with clients interested in finance and consulting so knowledge and interest in these industries is a big plus. The candidate must be very organized and have excellent communication skills.

Compensation will be provided in the form of a modest monthly retainer and bonuses based on mentor sessions scheduled, sales generated, and mentors recruited.
