Risk Management Associate (Entry Level)

We are seeking a Risk Management Associate for a top NYC-area investment bank looking to gain experience and apply their education while exploring several fields within finance. This is an entry level risk management position and a great opportunity for recent graduates.

Risk Management Associate Responsibilities:

Provide support to Business Analysts, Operations professionals, and Portfolio Managers
Able to switch tasks and departments as needed, balancing daily tasks with longer-term projects
Assist in the generation of daily reporting
Create spreadsheets, conduct research, and analyze findings

Risk Management Associate Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Fiance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
1-4 years of experience within the financial industry or investment banking
Top-notch communication skills
Superb attention to detail
Well-developed time-management and organizational abilities
Strong knowledge of MS Office Power Point, Excel, Access
Some experience in risk management preferred
MBA or similar graduate degree preferred

This Risk Management Associate role is an entry level consulting position that is expected to last at least 3 months with possible extension and pays an annualized salary of $43,000 ($21 per hour).
