A technology and digital media focused investment banking and M&A advisory firm based in Los Angeles.

We are seeking experienced M&A originators with current deal flow and executive level contacts within the technology and digital media industry sectors.

Qualified candidates must be able to originate deal flow and have direct experience at a top investment banking private equity firm.

Series 79,63 required (or be able to take within 90 days).

MBA preferred; BBA/BS in Finance/Economics or related subject is required.

This is a commission-bonus based position (with a exceptionally high payout structure).

You should expect to earn a minimum of $200,000-300,000 your first year.
