We are seeking outstanding individuals to perform fundamental analysis and investment recommendations on high yield, distressed debt, and special situation securities with an emphasis on original, deep-dive research for Bayside Capital, H.I.G. Capital’s expanding distressed debt fund. Bayside Capital has $500m under management currently and is raising a second fund in the first quarter of 2008 of over $1.5 billion, with $300-500m dedicated trading capital.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years on the buy or sell side. Superior academic achievement at a top tier undergraduate/graduate program is required, as well as outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and analytical capabilities.

Must relocate to Miami. Bachelor’s degree required. CFA or MBA required.
