Corporate Finance Associates, America's leading mid market M&A firm, is seeking MBA candidates with at least one year of completed class work to join us as summer interns. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn about, participate in, and contribute to the success of both our marketing efforts and at least one client relationship. The focus will be on buy-side work; however, depending on your timing, some sell side experience is also possible.
Please, only highly motivated, intelligent self-starters need apply, as our success at these activities will depend in no small measure on your ability to function independently at a high level (after initial training) with occasional guidance and coaching.
The range of skills you can learn will include new business development, ongoing client and prospect communications, market research, new client analysis and presentation techniques, and ongoing client communications.
