Summer/Fall Intern

A boutique investment bank seeks a Summer Intern to assist senior banker. Intern will have the opportunity to assume a high degree of responsibility and contribute to active engagements as members of small deal teams. Engagements include mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, fairness opinions, and other financial advisory services. Working closely with a highly experienced team of professionals, you will learn how to collect company specific financial, operational and capital markets information, conduct industry research and perform detailed valuation analyses. You will be expected to assist in preparing materials for executing transactions and developing new business.
