My client, a boutique, middle market IB Firm in South Florida is seeking an Analyst with 2 yrs of prior experience in IB,
Private Equity or Corp. Dev. with Fortune 500 company.  Candidate will prepare financial models,
valuations and due diligence on client transactions and must understand how deals work.  This placement
will likely last approx. 2 yrs until individual attends MBA school.  Unique opportunity to work under Wharton
MBA partners with tremendous track records, business acumen and reputation, but without Wall Street hours.
