Can someone clarify this for me

The layout at IB..as an analyst, do you work in a cubicle? or is it a row of desks with nothing to seperate you from the next guy

No...you work in a huge

No...you work in a huge corner office suite on the top floor with a receptionist in the other room and your own bathroom, plasma TV, wet bar, pool table, stocked refrigerator, italian marble, a security guard for those unruly associates and a lounge (with italian imported furniture of course) in the receptionist area.

If you even have to ask if I'm being sarcastic, you're dumb.

you work in a cubicle and its the best solution...trust me, you do not want to be in your own private office for 16 hours a day doing bitch work. it is very nice to shoot the shit with other analysts in your cube.

agreed...the reason I asked is because every time there is a speaker for IB at this club I'm in, they bring a video. And almost every video you see the people sitting right next to each other working...which could get uncomfortable...but like dan explained thats for trading desks
