Hello all people in the consulting forum!

I subscribed some months ago when I started preparing case interviews, to get in management consulting!

I interviewed back home with MBB, as well as Roland Berger and AT Kearney. I eventually did get a job offer (at BCG and ATK) and will be starting veyr soon. Case Interview practice has been a great experience! Thanks for all your replies when I started practicing, I made some contributions myself over time here. I found a bunch of good extra resources through the website here..

Thanks, and best of luck to all applicants here on the website!

Booz Allen VS Deloitte Consulting Prestige

(Re wrote to dissolve any confusion my initial post was unclear)

I have an interview with Booz Allen Hamilton strategy consulting and one with Deloitte Technology Consulting (if it makes you feel better call it IT advisory). I may decline Deloitte tech all-together and speak with my recruiter about the S&O route they are offering my campus. Yes, I do have this option.

I'm looking for industry and personal opinions, who has the better brand? Pre-MBA prestige?

Hey all,
I used this site for some informtion to start my preparation for interviews some weeks ago. Since then I interviewed with 4 firms (including Bain & McKinsey). It has so far been a success with passing 3 out of 4 interviews, including McKinsey (not Bain unfortunately).

In terms of materials I have sticked to 2 (and to some extent a third one).

By far the best material was 'LOMS' by Victor Cheng (ex mckinsey guy) at www.caseinterviews.com. Also 'Case Interview Success' by Tom Rochtus (Bain guy) at www.aceyourcase.com has been really helpful. To some extent I used Vault's guide, though I didnt find it that useful, maybe others have found it useful?
