I am currently at senior at an non-target University. I will be graduating on December, 2013. As of right now, I still do not know what I want to get into. After looking at my resume, I hope everyone could help me answer the following 4 questions:

1). How competitive is my resume? and what are my career options?

2). On my last semester in college, would it be more wise to focus on job search or more beneficial to have another internship.

3). How bad is my GPA? ( I am Asian, Yes I know its terrible to have an 3.4), since I plan to get an MBA in 2 years

4). What field/industry would you suggest me going into to give me the highest return based on my resume?

Sometime ago I bought the BIWS Financial Modeling Fundamentals course. I didn't really look at it until school ended (didn't have time during exam weeks/end of semester). I already completed many of the lessons and I thought I would give a brief review of the course.

The course is divided into many topics, such as basic accounting, lbo models, Valuation, Mergers models...etc etc. Each topic has many different lessons, each covering an aspect of the topic. A typical lesson consists of a video, some sort of reference material and excel sheets.

What I really like:
- Brian takes time to explain the things he does. Rather than saying things like "copy this into the cell here", he would actually explain why he was doing so & the concept behind it.

Hello,

Numerous times I have applied for banking internships and have had someone with less experience and knowledge chosen over me.

I am a young (21) restaurant co-founder and manager and at the same time run an investment group in my business school and sit on the E-Board of a business club.

I have high grades and numerous times have received academic honors.

What exactly is the problem here? Can I do anything to fix this? Should I lie about the restaurant thing and state I am only a manager or supervisor this way they are not concerned with my long-term commitment?

Some background:

-- I'm from Spain (Europe), so you can't compare my "converted gpa" (different grading system here) to the US scale, since we have important grade DEFLATION. That said I am in the top 25-20% of my class.

I wanted to know if I can get some feedback on my resume.
A couple of specific things I'm wondering about are:
1. GPA inclusion, I'm only a 2.85/4.0 Although I managed to get on the Dean's List on my last semester
2. Under my Skills and Interests tab, should I bunch all the computer skills together? Also, is that the appropriate place to put my interest in investing? on one hand, its not something I learned through school, so there's no accreditation. on the other hand, doesnt it show that I am taking an active interest in learning how the market works and how to trade/invest?

I know that my cumulative GPA is low, however my academic performance has definitely improved, and it's on track to pass 3.0 provided I continue doing well this next semester.
