why our bank

I have some interviews coming up for each of these banks. I'm looking to answer the question "Why our Bank". The culture and league table results are overused. I'm looking for some answers that really show an insiders understanding. If anyone has worked for these banks, could you help me out. (afterall, thats why we're all here)
