HELP: S&T interview next week (energy trading desk)

Have an interview scheduled for next week for energy trading. I understand the basics of forwards/futures/hedging risk but my foundation is stronger in equity derivatives and fixed income. So I don't know what to expect. What are some good resources where I can get up to date with the market in a fairly quick amount of time. I understand energy is much more difficult to master but I don't want to walk into the interview with a deer in the headlights.

Background:
UCLA Undergrad applying for a full-time offer which includes a 7 week training program. Position includes energy markets as well as agriculture trading.

First S&T interview, interned in risk management the summer before.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Agriculture Trading

I'm a few years away from obtaining an MBA and then hopefully working on Wall Street, but I decided to spend a bit of time on researching possible jobs. I have a large interest and knowledge of farming and the agriculture market in general. Do the investment banks trade agriculture products at all? How would one be placed into agriculture trading with an investment bank?

Thank you
